全支付的未來

最近去全聯常常會有店員邀請客戶將PX PAY升級為全支付，因為店員實在太熱情了，很疑惑想去查查這個支付到底是什麼？

全聯的全支付9月1日APP上線，10天之內會員就突破百萬，未來會將電子支付變成銀行，並且將全支付變成會員的投資購物主要帳戶，以後吃王品、買基金都可以使用全支付。

前陣子全支付第一步是新增會員人數，在中秋節當天全支付上線10天就突破了百萬會員，更突破自家PX PAY的紀錄，他們認為最大的障礙是消費者不會帶身份證去全聯，如今，這個障礙顯然已經被移除了。

為什麼身份證對於全支付要拓展業務來說很重要，由於全支付申請的是金管會主管機關的電子支付執照，會員開戶後未來可以做轉帳和儲值，因此註冊時需要身份證來做實名認證。

會員數突破之後，第二步要擴展全支付在全聯以外商店的使用率，因為會員去其他地方消費，全支付才能從商家那邊賺到手續費。

在目前全支付新增的百萬用戶當中，其實有超過9成都是來自PX PAY的會員，只有不到1成的新會員，也就是說，全支付目前還沒有走出全聯超市，未來全支付追求的理想商業模式，應該是創造會員帳戶和銀行三方的正向迴圈。

2019年金管會開放電子支付帳戶買基金，未來全支付的會員要買基金，不用再跳去網路銀行的頁面，就能夠直接用電子支付帳戶驗證身份及扣款，也能買保險和證券；從商家的角度來看，當會員在投資獲利了，錢會進到電子支付帳戶，錢錢變多了，會員更願意花錢，商家也受惠，最終讓全支付變成會員投資理財的主帳戶，提高會員的黏著度。

在任何年紀的你，認為什麼才是快樂呢？對於快樂的定義會隨著不同年齡而有不同的想法。我個人最近的體悟是，小時候快樂真的好簡單，任何生活上的小事，都可以開心好久；長大後，覺得維持簡簡單單的生活、心態，就是快樂。

Any small things in life can be happy for a long time. When I grow up, I feel that maintaining a simple life and mentality is happiness.
